University Prep put their dominant pitcher on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Tuesday. They blew past the Central Valley Falcons 11-0. Considering the Panthers have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Luca Snell was a standout: he went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Waylon Stripling was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

University Prep's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-6-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Central Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

University Prep will have a chance to go back-to-back against Central Valley: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
