Volleyball Recap: Croton-Harmon Starts Season with Loss at Home

Croton-Harmon unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the John Jay Patriots on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19, 25-10.

The victory was the third in a row for John Jay, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Croton-Harmon and Dobbs Ferry will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for John Jay, they will venture away from home to challenge North Rockland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
