Volleyball Recap: Valley Lutheran Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Valley Lutheran's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Flames as it spelled an end to their five-match losing streak.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Valley Lutheran took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-12, 25-12.

Valley Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 4-15. As for Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Valley Lutheran has already played their next matchup (against Desert Heights Prep), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
