Softball Recap: Wells Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Wells couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Pahranagat Valley Panthers on Saturday, falling 15-5. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 12-9 loss on Friday.

Adriana Aguilar made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Wells' loss dropped their record down to 23-9. As for Pahranagat Valley, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 24-8.

As of now, neither Wells nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
