Volleyball Game Preview: Nicollet Raiders vs. St. Mary's Knights

Nicollet hasn't had much luck against St. Mary recently, but that could start to change on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Nicollet came up short against St. Clair on Monday, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, St. Mary's came up short against Cleveland last Thursday and fell 3-1.

St. Mary's loss dropped their record down to 16-6-1. As for Nicollet, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-15-1.

Nicollet might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from St. Mary's in their previous meeting last Monday. Can the Raiders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
