Baseball Game Preview: SA Roosevelt Rough Riders vs. Clark Cougars

For the second straight game, SA Roosevelt will face off against Clark. The Rough Riders will challenge the Cougars at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. SA Roosevelt has now lost 14 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since February 27.

SA Roosevelt fell victim to Clark and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 8-0.

For Clark's part, the team relied heavily on Jake Ramirez, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Those two stolen bases gave Ramirez a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tristan Hidalgo, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

SA Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18-1. As for Clark, their win bumped their record up to 11-9.
