Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kapaun Mt. Carmel). They breezed by the Northwest Grizzlies to the tune of 67-15 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Crusaders also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Kapaun Mt. Carmel and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for Northwest, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel will face off against Andover Central at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Northwest, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Heights on January 17th.
