Basketball Recap: Combine Academy Regional Takes a Loss

Combine Academy Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 75-66 to the Lab University Christian Academy Regional Kings. If the Goats were looking for revenge after losing 87-69 to the Kings when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lab University Christian Academy Regional got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Braylon Johnson out in front who posted 12 points along with seven boards and six assists. Another player making a difference was Adam Crawford, who shot 75% from the field to rack up 14 points.

Combine Academy Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Lab University Christian Academy Regional, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Looking ahead, Combine Academy Regional will square off against The Rock at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lab University Christian Academy Regional, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Oak City Prep at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
