Volleyball Recap: Peaster Comes Up Short

Peaster and Bushland squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Peaster had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Falcons. The Greyhounds haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Peaster lost, don't look at Kyler Shirley. Despite the final result, she had 21 digs and six assists. Shirley has been hot recently, having posted 19 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Peaster's loss dropped their record down to 38-13-1. As for Bushland, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 37-8.

Peaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bushland, they will face off against Ponder on Saturday.
