Giles is 6-0 against Craig County since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Giles Spartans just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Craig County Rockets at 7:00 p.m. Giles will be strutting in after a win while Craig County will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with 13 defeats in a row, Giles turned things around against Auburn on Wednesday. They snuck past the Eagles with a 56-50 victory. The Spartans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Craig County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 42-32 to Bath County.

Craig County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Giles, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 2-13.

Everything came up roses for Giles against Craig County when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 58-31 victory. Does Giles have another victory up their sleeve, or will Craig County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
