Basketball Recap: Ocosta Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Ocosta had won two straight home games and Kayden Turner did his part to make it three on Friday. The Ocosta Wildcats came out on top against the Naselle Comets by a score of 51-42 thanks in part to Turner, who went 7 of 13 on his way to 19 points along with six boards and four steals. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Ocosta's record now sits at 7-3. As for Naselle, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 7-3.

Ocosta didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-59 win against Morton/White Pass on the 11th. Naselle has also already played their next matchup, a 60-51 victory against Ilwaco on the 11th.
