Softball Recap: Palm Desert Comes Up Short

Palm Desert was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the JW North Huskies, falling 23-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-2 on Saturday.

Palm Desert saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taneia Arviso, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Palm Desert's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for JW North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4.

Palm Desert didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 18-2 win against Palm Springs on the 1st. As for JW North, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-3 victory against Jurupa Hills on the 1st.
