Softball Recap: Friday's Win Is Snyder's 13th in Last 16 Outings

Snyder was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Liberty on Friday. The Tigers blew past the Patriots 21-3. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by eight runs or more this season.

Snyder has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Liberty, they dropped their record down to 7-20 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Snyder is set to challenge their familiar foe Big Spring at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Liberty will take on rival Lake View at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
