Tokay proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by eight) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Bear Creek Bruins 1-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tigers have posted against the Bruins since March 9, 2016.

The result came thanks to Brooklyn Jeremic-Schaede 2027's shutout, as she gave up just seven hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Emma Misasi 2025, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and one triple.

Tokay has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games.
