With a playoff win on the line, Ravenscroft rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Covenant Day Lions by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Ravens, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Ravenscroft walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 23-25, 25-18, 25-12.

Erika Larson paced Ravenscroft's offense, picking up 27 kills. Larson got some help from Audrey Kalorin and her 36 assists. Ella Martin controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Ravenscroft's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Covenant Day, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-12.

Ravenscroft didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Wesleyan Christian Academy on the 17th. Covenant Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
