Bradyen Burnette has led Cochranton in stolen bases on the season and he led the team again on Wednesday. Burnette went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and two runs, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Cochranton: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 1-5 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Burnette and Cochranton will venture away from home to face off against Saegertown at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Burnette has dominated as far as stolen bases are concerned (he's averaged 1.3 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Panthers have only allowed 0.33 per game this season.
