Father Lopez had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 48-8 win over the Trinity Christian Academy Eagles. The Green Wave's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Father Lopez's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Chloe Wilen led the charge by putting up 15 points. Wilen is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Addy Fulton, who posted 14 points.

Father Lopez's victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-18. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-16 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home.
