Soccer Recap: Geneva vs. Winter Springs
After flying high against Crooms Academy last Thursday, Geneva came back down to earth. The Geneva Knights lost 6-1 to the Winter Springs Bears on Tuesday. The loss was the Knights' first of the season.
Having lost for the first time this season, Geneva fell to 1-1-1. As for Winter Springs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Geneva will stay at home for another game and welcome Master's Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Winter Springs, they will head out on the road to square off against International Community at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
