Pierce waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Winters Warriors. The Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Pierce took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-14, 25-13.

Charlie Wayman paced Pierce's offense, picking up seven kills. Wayman got some help from Magali Jauregui and her 16 assists. Rylie Delepierre controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Pierce's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Winters, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Pierce didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Woodland Christian on the 2nd. As for Winters, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Durham on the 2nd.
