Basketball Game Preview: Mulvane Wildcats vs. Labette County Grizzlies

The Mulvane Wildcats will be taking part in a tournament against the Labette County Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Mulvane came up short against Parsons on Tuesday, falling 75-53.

Meanwhile, Labette County came up short against Circle on Tuesday and fell 54-44. The Grizzlies haven't had much luck with the Thunderbirds recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Mulvane strolled past Labette County when the teams last played back in December of 2023 by a score of 54-39. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Labette County's Hudson Baker, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 boards.
