Porter came up big in Palisade's 8-2 win
Titus Porter produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Palisade to the win in Saturday's first game. Porter was dynamite, going 2-for-4 with two runs, a triple, and a stolen base.
Porter's strong effort led Palisade over Eagle Valley and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:30 p.m. in Saturday's second game. Palisade is 9-0 against Eagle Valley going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
