Football Recap: Stewarts Creek Piles Up the Points Against Stratford + How To Watch

Stewarts Creek had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 31-point drubbing they dealt Stratford on Thursday. The Red Hawks blew past the Spartans 49-18. Given the Red Hawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 47th, while the Spartans are ranked 276th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Nashaun Holbert and Anton Wilson certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Holbert picked up 98 receiving yards and three TDs, while Wilson threw for 199 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes. Holbert really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 74 yards.
