Basketball Recap: West Geauga Takes a Loss

West Geauga lost against Kirtland back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The West Geauga Wolverines took a hard 48-34 fall against the Kirtland Hornets.

West Geauga's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Kirtland, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Geauga and Geneva will round out the year against one another at at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. West Geauga is facing Geneva at the right time seeing as Geneva is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Kirtland, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Jefferson Area at 12:15 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
