Conifer entered their tilt with Littleton on Wednesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lobos also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.
In the three sets Conifer was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 22-25, 25-9, 25-14.
Sage Bishop paced Conifer's offense, picking up 18 kills. Bishop got some help from Hayden Buscher and her 34 assists. Reese Bailey controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Littleton's loss came despite strong showings from Addy Giles and Camryn Alfstad. Giles had 16 digs and three aces, while Alfstad had 17 assists and 12 digs. Giles has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played.
Conifer's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Littleton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.
