            Softball Preview: Oswego East Wolves vs. Minooka Indians        
        
		
        
        
            The Oswego East Wolves will challenge the Minooka Indians at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Oswego East comes in on three and Minooka on five.
On Friday, Oswego East beat Neuqua Valley 16-11. That's two games straight that the Wolves have won by  exactly five  runs.

 Danielle Stone was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with four  runs and three  RBI. Those  four  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Olivia Owles was another key player,  going 3-for-5 with four  runs and two  stolen bases.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Oswego East  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 19  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile,  it was close, but  on Saturday Minooka sidestepped Rock Island for  a  7-5 win.
  Addisonn Crumly was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with one  home run and four  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Karli McMillin, who  went 1-for-4 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Minooka's victory was  their seventh straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 19-8. Those  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Oswego East, their victory bumped their record up to 16-10.
