Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Davison). They really took it to the Central Wolves for the full four quarters, racking up an 84-42 victory. Given the Cardinals' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 182nd, while the Wolves are ranked 576th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Central lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Terrill Campbell, who posted six points and ten rebounds. Brylon Narvaiz was another key player, putting up six points and five boards.

The win made it two in a row for Davison and bumps their season record up to 6-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 42 points. As for Central, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Davison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 50-33 victory against Jackson on the 8th. As for Central, they have also already played their next contest, an 87-58 defeat against Kearsley on the 10th.
