Clay extended their home winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Jadyn Kennedy. The Eagles walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Ross Little Giants on Monday thanks in part to Kennedy, who had 18 digs and four assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Clay had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-22, 25-20, 25-12.

When it comes to explaining why Ross lost, don't look at Brook Baacke. Despite the final result, she had 29 digs and one assist. The team also got some help courtesy of Hayden Dircksen, who had 17 digs and two assists.

Clay's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Ross, their record is now 18-6.

Clay didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Anthony Wayne on the 22nd. Ross does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
