Softball Recap: St. Paul's Girls' Undefeated Season over After Three Games

St. Paul's Girls was the 7-4 winner over Mercy when they last played one another back in April of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. St. Paul's Girls came up short against Mercy on Wednesday, falling 17-1. The loss put an end to the Gators' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Paul's Girls fell to 2-1. As for Mercy, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Paul's Girls will host St. Timothy's at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mercy, they will square off against John Carroll at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. John Carroll will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.
