Recap: Pike County Bulldogs vs. Opp Bobcats

Even though the Pike County Bulldogs have not done well against the Opp Bobcats recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Pike County came out on top against Opp by a score of 54-44. That's another feather in the cap for Pike County, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Reed Adams, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Dorian Harris, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and five steals.

Pike County's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Opp, they bumped their record down to 2-17 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.
