Basketball Recap: Stone Tia Key Part of Team Effort in Mustangs Win + How To Watch

Herriman saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Cardinal Ritter College Prep Lions by a score of 52-45.

Herriman's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Stone Tia, who posted 16 points in addition to five boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Cy Arnell, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.

Herriman has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Cardinal Ritter College Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Herriman will take on Corner Canyon in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cardinal Ritter College Prep and St. Charles West will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
