Softball Recap: Old Forge Blue Devils vs. Honesdale Hornets
Old Forge stacked a sixth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They beat the Honesdale Hornets by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 10-0. Old Forge's pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last four contests.
Old Forge got a massive performance out of Talia Piragas, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4. Lilianna Lenceski was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
Old Forge pushed their record up to 12-3 with that win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Honesdale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-12.
