Soccer Recap: Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech Continues Road Dominance on Monday

After losing to High School of the Future the last time they met, Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers put the hurt on the Firebirds with a sharp 6-2 victory on Monday. It was an even better day for Yuilder Sarabria as he scored four goals for his team.

Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech used a slightly different lineup for their bout with High School of the Future. Three players got more time on the pitch than they're used to: Jeremith Figueroa Ortiz (50), Sarabria (80), and Aliex Garcia (80). The trio had averaged 28, 37.5, and 60 minutes respectively before Monday's match. Sarabria made the most of the opportunity, scoring four goals A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.

The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those four contests. As for High School of the Future, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4-1.
