Basketball Recap: Shattuck Takes a Loss

Shattuck lost against Leedey back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Shattuck Indians fell just short of the Leedey Bison by a score of 55-53. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 241st, while the Bison are ranked 63rd).

Shattuck's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Leedey, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-3.

Shattuck will face off against Hennessey at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Leedey, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mooreland at 6:30 p.m.
