Football Recap: Innovation Starts off Right with Win over Liberty

Innovation took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the Liberty Chargers to the tune of 42-12. With the Bulls ahead 42-6 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Kaleb Bielski had an outrageously good game as he threw for 200 yards and four TDs while completing 90.9% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (169.5). Pearce Dendy was in the mix too, providing Innovation with two scores.

Coincidentally, Innovation and Liberty will both be playing Oak Ridge the next time they take the field. The Bulls will head out to face the Pioneers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Chargers will host them at 7:00 p.m. on September 5.
