Basketball Recap: Kensington Woods Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Kensington Woods lost against Jackson HomeSchool back in January of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Kensington Woods fell 67-57 to Jackson HomeSchool. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Kensington Woods came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 207th, while Jackson HomeSchool is ranked 617th).

Kensington Woods' defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-4. As for Jackson HomeSchool, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

Kensington Woods will head out on the road to square off against Pontiac HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. As for Jackson HomeSchool, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 66-38 loss against Kalamazoo HomeSchool on the 1st.
