Basketball Recap: Westinghouse Comes Up Short

Westinghouse was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-63 heartbreaker at the hands of the California Trojans.

Westinghouse's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for California, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.

Westinghouse will be playing in front of their home fans against Carrick at 3:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for California, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Frazier at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
