Football Recap: Nicolet Takes a Loss

Nicolet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 21-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Bend West Spartans. Having soared to a lofty 33 points in the game before, the Knights couldn't push the score so high this time.

Nicolet's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for West Bend West, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Nicolet will face off against rival Hartford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, West Bend West is set to square off against their familiar foe Whitefish Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
