Torrey Pines had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Their offense was headlined by Stella Delgadillo and Dylan Kupiec, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Emery Gonzales and her 17 assists. Lilia Decker controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Torrey Pines' victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Ironwood Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Torrey Pines has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Harrisburg on the 20th. As for Ironwood Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Village Christian on the 20th.
