Football Recap: Tippecanoe Picks Up 11th Consecutive Victory

It's playoff time, and Tippecanoe had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the Talawanda Brave to the tune of 55-7 on Friday. Considering the Red Devils have won ten contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

When it comes to explaining why Talawanda lost, don't look at Lance Cantrell. Despite the final result, he rushed for 128 yards. Cantrell's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 128 rushing yards.

The victory keeps Tippecanoe at an undefeated 11-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 43.5 points this season. As for Talawanda, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-2.
