Basketball Recap: Hot Springs County Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Hot Springs County kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They had to suffer through a 54-27 loss at the hands of the Lander Valley Tigers. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March.

The victory (which was Lander Valley's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Hot Springs County will take on Wyoming Indian in a holiday battle at at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lander Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 47-40 defeat against Powell on the 14th.
