Basketball Recap: Aberdeen Takes a Loss

Aberdeen suffered their biggest loss since February 7th on Friday. They had to suffer through a 59-31 loss at the hands of the Springdale Prep Lions. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Aberdeen is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3. As for Springdale Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-12 record this season.

Aberdeen will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Patterson Mill at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Springdale Prep, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Roland Park Country at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
