Softball Recap: Bradford Takes a Loss

Bradford lost against Clay back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Tornadoes came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 11-1. The Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bradford saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keegan Yowell, who went 2-for-3 with one double. Regan Adams also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Bradford now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Clay, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bradford will square off against Eastside at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clay, they will challenge Fleming Island at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
