Lincoln-Way West gave up the first runs on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against the Sandburg Eagles by a score of 4-1. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Eagles on Wednesday, they had to take a 7-4 loss.

The team relied heavily on Nolan Ballantine, who earned two RBI, one run, and one stolen base. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high.
