Basketball Recap: Annapolis Comes Up Short

Annapolis was the 75-72 winner over Garden City when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Annapolis took a blow against Garden City on Friday, falling 67-16. Annapolis' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Annapolis' loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Garden City, their win bumped their record up to 6-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Annapolis will challenge Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Garden City, they will be playing at home against Taylor at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Garden City is facing Taylor at the right time seeing as Taylor is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
