Lewisburg Baptist Academy waltzed into their contest on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 39-35 W against the Victory Baptist Academy Saints. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Saints on February 3rd, they had to take a 48-24 defeat.

Several Saints players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Grace Ward, who posted 13 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jada O'Neal, who earned eight points and five steals.

Lewisburg Baptist Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Victory Baptist Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 16-7.
