Softball Recap: Northside Takes a Loss

Northside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Har-Ber Wildcats, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-2 back in March.

Northside's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Har-Ber, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northside will host Lamar at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Har-Ber, they will square off against Bentonville West at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wildcats 2.1, the Wolverines 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
