Baseball Recap: Excelsior Classical Academy's Losing Streak Snapped at 12 Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game, Excelsior Classical Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Eno River Academy Bobcats by a score of 4-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Flying Lions as it put an end to their 12-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Excelsior Classical Academy's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kade West, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Excelsior Classical Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Eno River Academy, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.
