Basketball Game Preview: Nipomo Titans vs. Morro Bay Pirates

Nipomo and Morro Bay are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2018, but not for long. The Nipomo Titans will head out to take on the Morro Bay Pirates at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Nipomo and three for Morro Bay.

Last Thursday, Nipomo came up short against Coastal Christian and fell 50-41.

Meanwhile, Morro Bay lost 68-42 to Righetti on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that the Pirates have lost by exactly 26 points.

Morro Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Nipomo, their loss dropped their record down to 3-19.

Nipomo and Morro Bay were neck-and-neck when the teams last played on January 10th, but Nipomo came up empty-handed after a 41-40 defeat. Can Nipomo avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
