Soccer Recap: Adelanto Victorious

While Adelanto's victory against Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Saints skirted past Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy 2-1. The win was some much needed relief for Adelanto as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Adelanto's victory bumped their record up to 4-13-6. As for Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-9-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Adelanto will square off against Barstow at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy, they will face off against Academy for Academic Excellence at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
