Recap: Rich Township Raptors vs. Crete-Monee Warriors
The Rich Township Raptors put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They snuck past Crete-Monee with a 60-56 victory. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Rich Township was led to victory by Samar Bures and Jamson Coulter. Bures scored 14 points along with 7 rebounds, while Coulter scored 18 points. The contest was Coulter's third in a row with at least ten points. Jayden Williams was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Rich Township has yet to lose a matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 4-0 record. As for Crete-Monee, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.
